...the move...

Scenario 1

5,4,3,2,1....BANG!!!! Goes the starters pistol, your perfectly toned athletic body springs up in reaction to the cue for you to race your opponents. You knew the gun would go off and u knew u had to sprint for glory but because u didn't know which exact millisecond it would go off you hesitated and delayed your spring forward. In a race like this a millisecond breaks a world record and points the spotlight on you... But coz you were not ready enough, you wasted a millisecond and you remain in the shadows...

Scenario 2

U have been craving for a dip in the pool because its hot. So you poise yourself in the divers position and take a deep breath... 'Dammit its hot. This water will be perfect for me' is what you think. You take the dive, making a small graceful splash as your body enters the water... And just then the cold temperature of the water makes u realise that you were not totally ready for this....

Scenario 3

Your heart is beating fast, your palms are sweaty, your eyes are watery and you feel tingly all over. You try to catch your breath and look at the guy in between your legs. He's been kissing you and touching you all over. You nipples are erect and you can feel them respond to every small wave of air or brush of his chest hair on them.

'Come on. Just let me enter you. Even just the tip, just a bit. I promise I will stop if it hurts', he tries to cox you into giving into him.

You feel you lady pearl wet with excitement, wanting, the sensitive muscle and flesh there contracting and relaxing with anticipation... You are fully aroused. You tell him 'I don't think I am ready, won't it hurt?'....

OUTCOME

Many times we have either rushed into something or hesitated to do something. When do you know when the time is ripe? Is there such a thing as perfect timing or wrong timing?

In scenario one, the sprinter is a few milliseconds late... Will he pull an Asafa Powell and claim injury and drop out of the race or will he run the sprint of his life... Increase his spring or his stride or maybe shorten them so he makes more shuffles with his feet or legs or whatever it is people run with or on? I think he would sprint, make up for lost time and maybe just maybe he might win, or come out in second place (trust me, second out of 6 or 8 is better than 4,5 or 6). He might not have been ready for the pistol but he was ready for the race. He may have lagged behind on the start but he had to make up for that. I guess he just wasn't ready.

Scenario 2 has a person hitting the water and being greeted by a temperature colder than was expected. The body reacts, goose bumps form and you start to shiver(just thought of micheal jacksons thriller). What's the minds reaction? Get out of this water fast and go warm up. But if you do that then it defeats the purpose of you taking the plunge in the first place. Stay in the water and eventually your body will acclimatize.

Scenario 3... We all been here. Guys trying to get in and the girl claiming she aint ready or she's ready. We are bother never ready for this moment. So girls know that breaking their virginity hurts. But the measure or level of pain differs from girl to girl and so does the react a guy receives. Others scream and tell u to get out and other will weather the storm coz they hear it gets sweeter once you get used to it. Some girls bleed, some cry, some fart... I doubt there's a guy that's ever done coitus interruptus coz a girl farted but hey, we are never really ready for the actions or feelings that follow but we adapt to fit the situation and make the most out of it.

The reason I am saying this is because I have found myself in a scenario where I have to make the decision.... In the logical order... Tell myself I am ready, make the move... And adapt. I need to make my milliseconds count... I gotta make the most of the water cooling my body and I gotta pop that cherry.
